The entire universe is in constant motion — seasons shift, weather changes, day turns to night, inhale follows exhale. There is a time for sowing and a time for harvesting, just as there are phases in our lives. Nature shows us that ending something and moving into a new stage is completely natural. Yet we humans tend to cling tightly to familiar paths because we fear change. When you feel that something has fulfilled its purpose and is nearing its end — whether a relationship, a job, or anything that no longer serves you — inner voices full of objections may arise:
“Don’t complicate things.”
“It works well enough, so why change it?”
You feel deep in your bones that change is inevitable — even if it doesn’t make rational sense. Your mind keeps offering arguments for keeping things as they are. But you feel the time has come. What we’re letting go of isn’t always broken — it may simply no longer be aligned with who we are. As we move through life, we change, and it’s natural to make choices that reflect that. In the long run, it’s important to stay in touch with yourself and know your values. You can regularly return to your life vision and ask:
- Does this bring joy to the depths of my soul?
- Can I truly be myself here?
Create a Farewell Ritual for the Summer Solstice
The Summer Solstice is a powerful opportunity to appreciate what you’re grateful for — and to release what has completed its role. Our ancestors did this symbolically through solstice fires and celebrations. You can create your own small ritual. Start by writing down what you’re grateful for. On another paper, write what you’re ready to let go of. You may say: “Let everything that no longer serves me leave. Let everything that does not serve my highest good depart.” You can burn the paper ritually on the Solstice — June 21.

I’m Saying Goodbye to “Více radosti”
This brings me to sharing my own journey. Although it wasn’t an easy decision, the time for change has come for me as well. I’ve decided to let go of the name “Více radosti.” It brought me so much — connection with the KonMari method, minimalism, and organization. I worked with dozens of wonderful clients, both in person and online. I discovered a love for public speaking. I created an online course, shared inspiration, and even launched an e‑shop with original labels. It was a lot — especially for a mom of two small children!
And that’s exactly the point. In the constant work and inspiration, I forgot about myself, my family, and my home. Everything became “more,” just like the project’s name. My presence in the online world stopped bringing joy. “More joy” turned into “more exhaustion.”
From Joyful to Healing
I also realized that the way I work with clients isn’t primarily joyful. Letting go of something that no longer serves us is a deep, complex process. It’s healing rather than simply joyful.
I’ve become very clear that following someone else’s strict methods or labels — whether minimalism or KonMari — isn’t my path. Over five years, my own concept of decluttering was born. And what better moment to welcome it than when the sun stands highest in the sky!

Healing Clean‑Up
By disconnecting from the online world, I reconnected with myself, my family, our home, and nature. I laugh now at how hard I tried to be the perfect consultant — always tidy, caring for two small children, always calm — and presenting it online. I tried so hard that I drifted far from inner peace. I had to disconnect from everything and start again. I stepped back before I became too identified with KonMari.
“To discover who we are, we must first let go of who we are not.”
And suddenly it hit me: during my first big transformation, I hadn’t read anything by Marie Kondo. I simply dove in and decluttered until I felt relief. And so I began actively rewriting my life story — not just the one I told, but the one I lived. My perfectly imperfect life as a woman who is fiery and expressive, creative and sometimes chaotic, who loves to write, sing, paint, dance in the forest, and who sometimes has a messy home because she has small children and perfection isn’t realistic.
A woman who doesn’t need to publish everything immediately. Who enjoys deep creative play — writing, painting, singing. Who doesn’t pressure herself to be something she’s not, but gives herself space to be who she is. And from that freedom, joy, and deep meaning, a new name was born. First as the title of a new book. Then as the name of the entire project. And here it is.
With great excitement, I welcome Healing Clean‑Up!
What does it bring? A key part of deep home and life transformation is energetic cleansing and ritual. Healing Clean‑Up is based on two main phases: outer cleaning — our things, homes, physical environment — and inner cleaning — our body, emotions, mind, and spirit. These phases are interconnected, and one doesn’t fully work without the other. Letting go of what’s unnecessary remains central.

More inspiration on Healing Clean‑Up will come in many forms. In autumn 2024, my book Healing Clean‑Up was published. A ritual‑themed e‑shop is coming soon, offering items that support cleansing and transformation. And that’s not all — more inspiration will follow.
When we release what no longer serves us and follow the call of our heart, we create space for something new. For a new path. For your path. I thank “Více radosti” for everything it brought me and say goodbye with gratitude. Nothing ends — on the contrary, for me, everything is just beginning.
I wish you success in letting go of what no longer serves you — in your life and in your home. I wish you more ease, natural flow, joy, and lightness. Allow yourself to open to change. And if you don’t know where to start, try this:
“Start where you are — at home, with your things, with an open heart and mind — and everything will begin moving in the right direction.”
Thank you for being here.
Warmly,
Míša
