1. Scope and Definitions
These Terms are issued under Sections 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.
The Seller offers:
- Goods — physical products sold through the online store.
- Courses — online courses or digital products accessible via a user account.
- Service Vouchers — vouchers for consulting or organizational services.
- Gift Vouchers — vouchers with a fixed monetary value redeemable for any goods, courses, or services offered.
All vouchers are collectively referred to as “Vouchers”.
These Terms apply to:
- Consumers — individuals acting outside their business activity.
- Business Buyers — individuals or legal entities acting within their business activity.
Unless stated otherwise, “Buyer” refers to both.
