What Is Healing Clean‑Up® and How Can It Help You

Order doesn’t have to be perfect to be healing.

Healing Clean‑Up is an approach that helps you create a home where you feel good – without pressure, without chaos, and without unnecessary expectations. It connects practical steps with gentle work involving energy and emotions, because true cleaning doesn’t begin in the closet but within ourselves. What phases does it include? You’ll learn that in the following article.

What Healing Clean‑Up brings

Healing Clean‑Up® combines practical decluttering, effective organization, and working with the energy of a space. It’s not just about having things tidy – the goal is for the home not to be a source of stress, but a place where we can breathe. A place that supports us in everyday life.

In my book and online courses, I show that true order isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment with who we are right now, what we truly need, and what feels good. Our home should serve us, not burden us.

The five phases of Healing Clean‑Up

In standard minimalism, the focus is mostly on decluttering, organizing, and maintaining things – a very material‑based approach. In Healing Clean‑Up, however, we also work with two additional layers: the first phase, which prepares us for transformation, and the final creative phase, where we anchor changes in the space into our life.

1. Opening

We begin by mapping our life energy and the state of our home. We accept our home as it is – without judgment or pressure for performance. We work with the vision of an ideal home and perform an energetic cleansing and home ritual. This phase is essential and often overlooked in conventional cleaning approaches.

“I open myself and my home to change.”

2. Decluttering

This is where practical decluttering comes in. When to start? What to start with? How to say goodbye to items and where to take them? In this part, I share specific methods from my work with clients that help release the unnecessary without guilt and with trust in the process.

“I take practical steps to lighten my home effectively.”

3. Organizing

Simple and meaningful organization brings structure to the home. But beware of perfectionism – excessive organization can create tension. The goal is to create order that naturally supports the flow of energy and respects our lifestyle.

“I bring order and healthy organization into my home, without forcing it.”

4. Maintaining

With an optimal amount of things and good organization, maintaining the home becomes easy. We also focus on conscious shopping, sustainability, and everyday care that doesn’t burden us or the planet.

“I maintain order with ease and comfort, without pressure on myself or others. And I also change my consumer habits.”

5. Creating

In this phase, we tune and harmonize the home according to our needs and aesthetic sense. We work with what we love – creating an environment that inspires us and where we feel good. We also open ourselves to inner cleaning and rituals that support our overall well‑being.

“I create a beautiful home that supports my lifestyle. It helps me pursue my hobbies and supports inner cleansing.”

You may think this is too complex or perhaps even unnecessary. Believe me, everything can be done very simply, and in my book and other inspirations you’ll find very easy and practical guides. Don’t worry, I definitely don’t stay in theory! I’m a very practical person and I like when things flow smoothly. All the additional layers beyond standard minimalism are optional, and I believe that if you open yourself to them, they will actually save you a lot of work.

How can Healing Clean‑Up help you?

Of course, you’ll get rid of lots of unnecessary things, but that’s not all! Healing Clean‑Up isn’t just about the home and items. It’s a path to yourself.

  • It helps improve clarity in life.
  • It supports self‑acceptance and mental calm.
  • It leads to harmony in everyday life – without unnecessary pressure.
  • It teaches respect – for ourselves, our rhythm, our things, and nature.

Your home becomes a safe harbor where you can rest and create. There’s no need to change yourself or feel ashamed of how you live – Healing Clean‑Up works with what you have and guides you toward lightness step by step.

Healing Clean‑Up is not just minimalism

Healing Clean‑Up is conscious minimalism with an overlap into personal development. In the practical work with things, it doesn’t differ much from standard minimalism – the foundation is decluttering, organizing, and maintaining. But I’m convinced that focusing only on the material level isn’t enough.

From the perspective of things alone, it may work – it’s a functional strategy. But the basic minimalist assumption that getting rid of things automatically leads to a happier life isn’t as obvious as it seems. If we let ourselves be swept away by extreme minimalism without being in alignment with ourselves, it can lead to frustration.

Healing Clean‑Up offers a way to go deeper. Already in the initial phases, it focuses on psychological aspects: how a person feels, how much energy they have, what they’re experiencing. It works with the vision of an ideal home and life. The key difference lies in accepting the home, energetically cleansing the space, and incorporating ritual into the process of letting go.

This keeps us aligned with ourselves and prevents the so‑called “minimalist bypass.” Even the final phase isn’t just about decorating – aesthetic tuning of the space is a way to ensure the home is energetically aligned with us. It’s about elevating the space in a way that supports our inner growth.

Healing Clean‑Up is therefore not just cleaning, but a deep process. In this sense, we speak of healthy, gentle minimalism that isn’t extreme, but kind and sustainable.

What inspired me when creating Healing Clean‑Up?

I draw from a complex experience based on my own home with small children and from hundreds of Czech households I’ve helped with decluttering. Healing Clean‑Up connects minimalism, energy work, and personal development. My greatest strength is the ability to motivate people to take action – and help them finally move forward with what has burdened them for a long time. And often, it’s not just things.

Healing Clean‑Up® helps create a home without chaos and pressure for perfection. Maintaining order isn’t easy, especially when unrealistic ideas of an ideal home surround us from all sides. Many stereotypes persist around cleaning – from perfectionist pressure to radical minimalism. This can be frustrating and exhausting. That’s why I looked for a way to create a functional and sustainable system without constant struggle with things.

If you want to learn more, you’ll find everything in the book Healing Clean‑Up, published in December 2024 by Pragma. And if you’d like to leave me any comment, opinion, or message, I’ll be glad. I’m barely present on social media; I consider the blog my way of staying in touch with you.
